TruFund Financial is a non-profit (CDFI) lender that provides loans to BIPOC borrowers in Texas, including Fort Worth. We provide business loans from $50,000 – $350,000+.
- We are also the only lender that provides commercial real estate loans to business owners to purchase commercial real estate with only 5% down.
- Our commercial real estate loans range from $100,000 – $5,000,000. We provide capital for equipment and machinery ranging from $100,000 – $1,000,000.
- TruFund also has a unique loan program for contractors that will allow contractors the capital they need to start working on contracts. We do this by offering contractor loans up to 35% of value of the entire contract with loans ranging from $50,000 – $500,000.
- We are also SBA lenders through the SBA Community Advantage loan program. Our loan approval guidelines are flexible including flexibility on credit and income.
