International Women’s Day: Tackling the Masks Women Wear When Included

March 8 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am CST

Free

Join us on International Women’s Day as we discuss how we as women can #InspireInclusion in all aspects of our lives.

For women, being included and having the opportunity to have a seat at the table is huge. As our world evolves, opportunities for women have increased. When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. When women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.

When we take our place at the table, the question is: how do we feel and act when we are there?

This event aims to shed light on the imposter syndrome that many women experience, even when they have earned their seat at the table. Through insightful and interactive discussions, participants will explore the various masks women wear to fit in and how to remove them to embrace their authentic selves.

IWD 2024 Campaign Theme: Inspire Inclusion

The IWD 2024 #InspireInclusion campaign aims to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women. We can all challenge gender stereotypes, call out discrimination, draw attention to bias, and seek out inclusion. Collective activism is what drives change. From grassroots action to wide-scale momentum, we can all #InspireInclusion.

We #InspireInclusion to forge harmony and unity, and to help drive success for all. Collectively, let’s #InspireInclusion for women and girls everywhere.
