About

The Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce (FWMBCC) was formed in 1979 with the goal “To make Fort Worth a better place to work and raise a family.” Our mission is to promote, assist and enhance economic and business development for our members, and to create wealth in the communities we serve. Having a very diverse client base throughout the DFW area, FWMBCC champions the cause of supporting minority and small businesses who are working to build a secure future. To achieve our mission, the FWMBCC (a non-profit entity) operates within two main areas of focus: education and economics.

Prominently located in the Dee Jennings Business Assistance Center on the James Guinn Entrepreneurial Campus, the FWMBCC also collaborates with and supports the other small business resources located on the campus. The offices are conveniently located at the corner of I-35 and Rosedale Street with easy access and free parking.  Available resources on the campus include training, business counseling and funding sources.
