Community Navigators strengthen outreach to underserved businesses by partnering with organizations with deep roots in their communities and serve as the ‘boots on the ground’ to connect small businesses to critical resources and assistance.

UTA Community Navigator\’s mission is to connect Texas veteran-owned and military-connected small businesses to critical resources and assistance in efforts to reduce barriers that underrepresented and underserved entrepreneurs often face in accessing the programs they need to recover, grow, or start their businesses.

Access to technical assistance- specifically, loan preparation
Connect clients with existing SBA resource partners, loan officers and disaster recovery subject matter experts
Provide financial literacy tools and resources to bridge the gap between veterans and capital
