Join us on July 8 from 4:30-8:30 pm at The Pool for the opening of The Art South Family Reunion. We are excited to continue our partnership with Art Tooth via this exhibit featuring 29 alumni artists of Art South.

In 2015, the Near Southside’s public art program, Art South, launched with a powerfully emotional sculpture installation by Jay Wilkinson in the Art South Container Gallery on Magnolia Ave. Since then, Art South has facilitated an innovative public-facing art program to offer artists commission and exhibition opportunities. In 2019, Art South teamed up with Art Tooth to curate artist installations in the container gallery in the SoMa Micro park. In addition, Art South has assisted with commissions of more than 30 murals since the program was established, adding a diverse group of painters as Art South fellows.

To celebrate Art South’s many accomplishments and our long-standing partnership with Art Tooth, we are showcasing artworks from 29 artists who have participated in the program during last seven years. Dubbed a “family reunion”, this homecoming of emerging and established Fort Worth artists is not to be missed.
