Meet the presenter: James R. (Jim Bob) Rollins currently works as a Procurement Counselor for the
University of Texas at Arlington Cross Timbers APEX Accelerator. He is a native of Texas and veteran. He began a career with the Procurement Technical Assistance Program as a Part-Time Procurement Counselor, Senior Procurement Counselor, and Director at the Angelina College Procurement Assistance Center, until it was closed by Angelina College in December 2019.
