Navigating the lanes of Entrepreneurship can be challenging. Without proper planning and direction, it can be difficult to “stay the course” and make it to your desired destination. This is why developing a roadmap for your business is an essential factor of business planning. Join us for this session as we engage in a high-level discussion on business navigation and effective business planning.

Participants of this session will walk away with:

– A key understanding of defining a business destination
– Ideas on formulating a strategy that best fits their business needs
– The framework to complete a “Business GPS” significant to their company’s growth and development

The NET Chamber Business Workshop Series is FREE for Chamber Members! If you are a business owner looking to identify ways to reach your intended business potential, this is the session for you!
