In our 8 Week Level Up Microenterprise Program Cohorts business owners develops a basic understanding for building their businesses. They will focus on the following five areas:
-The Heart of Entrepreneurship (WHY)
-Their Target Market
-Essential for Business Planning & Execution
-Revenue/Procurement
-Marketing
Then each participant (CEO) will participate in the Pitch Presentation Night where the purpose of this presentation is to highlight their business, and what they learned from the Level
Up program. The questions they will answer in their presentation are:
Who: Who they are?
What: What their business is, What do they do? What gap will they fill, etc.
What did they gain from the Level Up Microenterprise Program?
Why: Why they got started in their business, Why is their business is important?
How: How do they operate their business? How does their customers reach them? How do they make money, etc.
