The Credit Reporting for a Small Business workshop provides an overview of credit reporting and is designed to help participants to understand how reporting their credit can benefit their business. This workshop will help entrepreneurs:
-Understand the full scope of credit reporting and the impact of credit reports on the operation or growth of a small business
-Discover strategies for building or improving business credit
-Appreciate how personal credit scores impact the ability of a business to get credit
Bio: Jennifer Jones is the SBA Relationship Manager, SVP for Independent Financial. With over 27 years of banking experience, 16 of those in Commercial and Small Business Lending, Jones provides 1:1 support to Commercial Lenders and Borrowers as they maneuver through the SBA loan process. She also works with Credit Underwriters to ensure all SBA requirements are included in the credit package, while performing due diligence to ensure the business is in fact eligible for SBA lending. Jennifer holds a BBA in Marketing and MBA from Tarleton State University.
