AccelerateHER Pitch Event

February 25 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

In fall 2020, Stoke and TWU Center for Women Entrepreneurs launched the first ever startup incubator program in Denton for women-founded and led companies, AccelerateHER.

Dozens of applicants submitted their materials, and six were ultimately chosen to participate in an intensive program designed to help them develop and test their ideas and grow their businesses with hands-on focus by the program managers, mentors, and partner networks. Provided with tools, education, and coaching, the participating entrepreneurs have come so far in the last several months.

On February 25th, join us as we hear the six entrepreneurs pitch their business to an audience of supporters, peers, and potential customers and investors!

  • Black Girls Drone – Ernanda White, Founder & CXO
  • Cooks Without Borders – Leslie Brenner, Founder
  • Departmynt – Kandace Anderson, Founder & CEO
  • Playable Media – Juli James, Co-founder & Managing Director
  • Radda – Michelle Schodowski, Founder & CEO
  • The D. Diaries, Lillia Whittington, Owner & Head Content Creator

There will be time for questions after each pitch, and breakout sessions to round out the pitch event.

Please RSVP for your spot!
